Groups and features

Group 1: Women 1 to 3 months pregnant
  • Exercises focus on gently strengthening the body, improving circulation and relieving morning sickness.
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques are introduced to reduce stress and encourage a positive mental state.
  • Emphasis is placed on strengthening the pelvic muscles and improving flexibility.
Group 2: Women 3 months pregnant and up (and women in the process of becoming pregnant)
  • Exercises are aimed at maintaining mobility and reducing back pain and swelling in the legs.
  • Stability and posture exercises that relieve increased pressure on the body.
  • Birth preparation techniques, including specialized breathing and relaxation exercises.
  • Women in the process of becoming pregnant practice exercises to increase circulation, relaxation, and hormonal balance.
